The micro arc oxidation process is generally a reaction in the tank to form an oxide film on the metal surface of the valve. However, most of the existing experimental micro arc oxidation equipment have the problems of complex structure of each process route, inconvenient operation, inconvenient movement, and insufficient installation ability of laboratory personnel. In order to solve customers' difficulties and make electrochemical experiments simple and integrated, we have developed a laboratory micro arc oxidation equipment with integrated functions and easy operation.

Power supply: full inverter micro arc oxidation power supply. Main characteristics:
1. It has all the precision and process parameter indexes of the fourth generation power supply, and has the segmented process function.
2. Low energy consumption, high narrow pulse peak value, but low actual working power;
3. The duty cycle of micro arc power supply from domestic conventional manufacturers is only 10-80%, resulting in high power consumption and low discharge accuracy. The power supply is as low as 5%,
4. It is especially suitable for the processing of magnesium alloys and small parts in schools and scientific research institutions.
5. It is suitable for research and development of films below 0.03mm and films below 2 microns, especially for fine processing of scaffolds, micro implants, implants, etc.

Main functions:
The power supply is designed and manufactured with high-power imported IGBT and full switch inverter circuit;
1. The main controller is designed and programmed by DSP digital chip to realize color touch screen display and operation; It has segmented process.
2. Controlled power supply: air/water cooling, adding temperature sensing probe to prevent temperature difference; Control mode: constant current, constant voltage
3. RS485 communicator is equipped with serial port recording software, which can be externally connected to a computer to record curve data and distribute multiple anti electromagnetic shielding eddy current output lines.
Working parameters of power supply: input voltage: three-phase four wire~380V 50HZ, output voltage: 750V, average output current: 0.5~10 20 30A (according to customer requirements), pulse duty cycle: 5-95% continuously adjustable, working frequency: 100hz-2000hz.

Oxidation tank: the inner tank body is made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant PP plate of more than 8 mm, the cathode is made of U-shaped 304 stainless steel, and the anode is made of high conductivity oxygen free copper.
Cooling system: 2 HP air-cooled chiller includes 304 stainless steel pump, and the internal water tank, evaporator and pipeline are all made of stainless steel to avoid system rusting and jamming due to school holidays. Imported compressors, electrical appliances and temperature sensing systems are imported from France; Precise temperature control, used for oxidation tank cooling. Stainless steel electric box, all electrical components are components.
